THE IDEA:

It's fascinating here, but I didn't know that when we moved from back East a bunch of years ago. I was young, and hesitant to try out a new place.

That hesitancy lasted for years. When I finally embraced my location, I loved it. This blog is a way for me to help others cut the learning curve (or eliminate it) for immediately adoring the Gem State.

Three decades later, Idaho's amazing people, dream-like landscapes, and rich stories still inspire prayers of gratitude that God saw fit to plant me here, in a state that has the perfect soul-growing soil.
